Norman Taylor

The importance of Breathing to stress relief is well known and an accepted practice, but our philosophy takes the process to the next step - by re-educating your body to use the relaxed and natural breathing patterns we were all born with but which many of us have lost as a result of the pressures and speed of modern life.

Natural Breathing is the kind of spontaneous, whole-body breathing that one can observe in an infant or a young child. Instead of trying to learn to breathe naturally, many people impose complicated breathing techniques on top of their already bad breathing habits.

Breathing Therapy is subtle and sensitive, focussing on the origins of symptoms occurring in the body. Treating the whole person observing and gaining insights into the nature of your illness or complaint.
"I am committed to exploring life through philosophic inquiry and the art of healing - to understand the entire person through illness, not through interpretation of what I think is the cause of the illness"
Stress Release and Relaxation promotes the individual's own healing processes.

Breathing Therapy is proving highly effective and popular in addressing a wide range of complaints and illnesses:

Minor Conditions:

such as headache, skin complaints, nervousness

and insomnia

Chronic Conditions:

such as obsessive-compulsive disorders, anxiety states caused by grief or other trauma, depression and asthma

Serious Conditions:

such as hypertension, heart disorders, and diabetes.
Benefits are felt quickly and the therapy is one of the most accessible ways  to reconnect with ourselves. It is also our most portable device, always with  us and reassuringly available.
This thought alone can be very calming.
